Wash Collective car washing services are valid for private car licence plates only. Not valid for van/lorry/pick ups or any vehicles categorised as good vehicles.
Wash Collective Membership.
Certain products and deals are exclusive to members of Wash Collective only. To become a member, sign up with any of the wash packages here.
a. Each car will only be entitled to sign up for New Signup Trial once.
b. Multiple cars that are registered under the same residential address will be able to sign up for New Signup Trial.
A one time administrative fee of $10 is applicable for all termination and cancellation requests.
a. Early termination of car wash packages
Refunded amount will calculate based on 70% of unused sessions.
b. Cancellation due to incorrect signups
Refunded amount will be 100% of unused sessions.

Make Up Wash.If we’re unable to carry out a wash on the scheduled day, a make up wash will be carried out on the next available day. However, in order to prevent car owners from abusing the system, make up wash will be carried out at the discretion of the Company. Car owners are to display their car decal as well as park their vehicles at the registered address between 7:00pm to 12:00mn.
Block Out Dates.Car washing will not be carried out during block out dates. Customers with washes on the following dates will be rescheduled to the following week.
The block out dates for 2020 are as follows:1 January, 25 January, 26 January, 27 January, 9 August, 25 December.
The block out dates for 2021 are as follow:

12-14/Feb (Chinese New Year)
02/Apr (Good Friday)
01/May (Labour Day)
13/May (Hari Raya Puasa*)
26/May (Vesak Day)
20/Jul (Hari Raya Haji*)

25/Dec (Christmas Day)
Agreement.
By signing up for our services, you will agree to indemnify our company and our workers against any liabilities.
