Thank you for reserving a Grooming Session with us. Here are some FAQs that we have compiled for your easier reference.
1. Does the service needs to be carried out at a sheltered carpark?
Adverse weather conditions (strong sun or rain) will affect our crew's ability to groom your vehicle. If a downpour does happen mid-way, we can shift to the nearest HDB sheltered carpark. However, the duration allocated to groom the car will be cut short significantly and may affect the end results. It is highly recommended to start the session at a sheltered carpark so that our crew will not be affected by the adverse weather conditions.
Important Note: It is highly not advisable to conduct any interior grooming services at night if your vehicle is located at a unsheltered carpark. Our crew doesn't have night vision! Please move your vehicle to the nearest sheltered carpark.
2. Does the service needs to be carried out at a car wash bay?
A Car Wash Bay is the most ideal for the service. However, if the Car Wash Bay is unavailable, we may carry out the session at the highest deck where there are no cars.
3. I stay at a Condominium and there is no Car Wash Bay here.
First and foremost, please ensure that your property's management allows the service to be carried out at the carpark. (Most allow, but please check!) Your management should have their own rules regarding the use of carpark space for car washing purposes.
It is highly recommended to let your management be aware of the grooming session to prevent any delays. If the property's management does not allow our service to be carried out on that day, we will move to the nearest sheltered HDB carpark. However, the duration allocated to groom the car will be cut short significantly and may affect the end results.
3. I stay at a Landed Property and there is no Car Wash Bay here.
Please allow our crew to conduct the session at a sheltered car porch if possible. Adverse weather conditions (Strong sun or rain) will affect our crew's ability to groom your vehicle. 4. Do I have to remove the items in the car?
Our crew will not be removing any personal belongings from the car. It is advisable to remove the items from your car interior so that our crew can vacuum your car interior efficiently. It is also highly advisable to remove all valuables prior to the session.
5. Do I have to remove the items in the boot?
Our crew will not be removing any personal belongings from the car. It is advisable to remove the items from your car boot so that our crew can vacuum your car boot efficiently.
6. Do I have to remove my child's seat in the car?
You do not have to remove the child seat if you do not wish too. (We know! It is such a hassle to install the child seat back into the car.) If the child seat is not removed, our crew will vacuum around it instead.
If you have booked our Family+ Disinfection Package, it is necessary to remove all child seats for our crew to work on.
7. Can you also help to clean up spillage?
For spillage or excretion, you may book our Deep Extraction services. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer certain additional services on the spot if you did not book for it. Do note that our crew will decline to groom your car (other than Deep Extraction Service) if your car: -
- Has wet carpets/seats
- Has vomit or signs of any other excretion
There will be no refund if the grooming of your car requires services beyond the scope of the services that you have booked for.
8. I received the Confirmation SMS but the details of the booking is wrong.

9. Should I wait at the Car Wash Bay?
Our crew will contact you when they are on the way. They will advise you on the time to drive your car to the Car Wash Bay. Please drive your car promptly to the Car Wash Bay to avoid delays.
When you have handed your keys to our crew, you can head back home to rest. Our crew will advise you the duration needed to groom your car. You can come down again later to check on the progress too.
10. How should I make any balance payment?
Any balance payment can be made by Cash or PayNow before the grooming session commences. Our crew will issue a receipt to you upon payment.
11. Can I change my appointment date/time?
