The service will take no longer than an hour. Our crew will arrive within the stipulated time slot and strive to complete the service within the same time slot. Please kindly ensure that you and your vehicle is available throughout the time slot. However, we do seek your patience and understanding in the event of delays as we are fully booked for CNY grooming.
2. Does the service needs to be carried out at a sheltered carpark?
Adverse weather conditions (strong sun or rain) will affect our crew's ability to clean your vehicle. If a downpour does happen mid-way, we will have to shift to the nearest HDB sheltered carpark. However, the duration allocated to groom the car will be cut short significantly and may affect the end results. It is highly recommended to start the session at a sheltered carpark so that our crew will not be affected by any adverse weather conditions.
3. Does the service needs to be carried out at a car wash bay?
We can carry out the service at either a car wash bay or one of the higher sheltered decks where less vehicles are present. Light and space are crucial factors.
4. I stay at a Condominium and there is no car wash bay here.
Please ensure that your property's management allows the service to be carried out at the carpark. (Most allow, but please check!)
It is highly advisable to let your management or security be aware of the grooming session to prevent any delays. If the property's management does not allow our service to be carried out on that day, we have to move to the nearest sheltered HDB carpark. However, the duration allocated to groom the car will be cut short significantly and may affect the end results.
5. I stay at a Landed Property and there is no Car Wash Bay here.

6. Should I wait at the Car Wash Bay?
Our crew will contact you when they are on the way. Please drive your car promptly to the Car Wash Bay to avoid delays.
You can head back home to rest when the service is in progress. Our crew will advise you the duration needed to groom your car. Please collect your vehicle promptly to avoid delays to the next appointment.
7. Do I have to remove the items in the car or in the boot?
Our crew will not be removing any personal belongings from the car. It is advisable to remove the items from your car interior so that our crew can vacuum your car interior efficiently.
8. Do I have to remove my child's seat in the car?
You do not have to remove the child seat if you do not wish too. (We know! It is such a hassle to install a child seat) Our crew will vacuum around the child seat and the child seat itself. However, it is recommend to remove the child seat so that our crew can clean the whole area more efficiently.
9. Can you also help to clean up a spillage?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer additional add-on services from 5-9 February. Do note that our crew will decline to groom your car if your car: -
- Has wet carpets/seats
- Has vomit or other excretion
- Has undeclared excessive pet fur
There will be no refund of deposit if the grooming of your car requires services beyond the scope of CNY Sparkle 3.0 Car Grooming.
10. I received the Confirmation SMS but the details of the booking is wrong.

11. How should I make the balance payment?
The balance payment can be paid by PayNow (preferred) or cash. Please ensure that you have exact cash for payment as our crew will not be holding on to any change. Our crew will issue a receipt to you upon payment.
12. Can I change my appointment date/time?
It is impossible to change the appointment date/time as there are no more available slots. Do note that canceling the appointment date/time will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable booking deposit.
]]>Priority Booking for CNY Sparkle 3.0 Car Grooming will begin on 11th January 2024, Thursday at 8PM. A whatsapp message containing the link will be sent to you at the same time so do click in immediately to secure your booking. Please do not share this link. Vehicles that are not registered in our database will have their bookings cancelled.
The link will be made available for public booking on 12th January 2024.

Once you receive the Whatsapp message containing the link, please click in immediately to book your session.
Once the deposit payment is made, you are all set and ready! A confirmation message will be sent to you by 31 Jan 2024. Please get in touch with us if you do not receive a confirmation message after 31 Jan 2024.
Please note that there will not be any other grooming sessions available on 5-9 February except for CNY Sparkle 3.0. Please make a booking for CNY Sparkle 3.0 if you would like to have a grooming session scheduled on 5-9 February.
However, Night Wash for the dates 5-9 February will carry on as per normal. If you have made a successful CNY Sparkle 3.0 booking, your night wash for the week will be automatically skipped. We strongly encourage all to book our CNY Sparkle 3.0 PROTECT to give your car the much needed once a year treat. =)
Terms & Conditions
1. CNY Sparkle 3.0 Car Grooming service is only valid on mainland Singapore. Additional charges applies for services conducted on offshore islands, eg. Sentosa.
2. Our crew will contact you for appointment confirmation by 31 January 2024.
3. $8 booking fee is non-refundable, rescheduling is subject to availability.
4. Vehicles parked at surface car parks will be required to shift to a sheltered car park.
5. The duration of each session is approximately 45-60 minutes.
6. For scheduling purposes, you have to be available throughout the entire timeslot. Eg, you cannot be unavailable from 11AM onwards for a 9AM to 11:30AM timeslot.
7. A flat fee of $20 is chargeable for cars with pet hair. Please whatsapp @84844047 separately to book.
8. Not valid for cars with liquid spillage, excrements or any other bio-hazardous waste.
9. Not valid for van/lorry/pick ups, or any vehicles categorised as good vehicles.
10. Not valid with other promotions.
The final Friday Night Wash will take place on 25 August 2023. Wash will resume on 8 September 2023 and every Friday thereafter. The cut-off timing for returning vehicles is 11PM.
